Tesla Bringing Cybercab and FSD Test Drives to Paris Motor Show

The Cybercab is crossing the Atlantic. Tesla’s purpose-built robotaxi will be on display at the 2026 Paris Motor Show, alongside Optimus and Full Self-Driving (FSD) test drives.

The Mondial de l’Auto runs from October 12 to 18 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, where Tesla will occupy Stand C25 in Hall 7.1. Alongside the Cybercab, the stand will feature the Model 3 and Model Y, Optimus Gen 2, Tesla Energy products and a Supercharger.

According to show organizers, the Cybercab heading to Paris is from Tesla’s operational Robotaxi fleet in the United States, rather than a prototype or static concept. Tesla officially added the vehicle to its Austin Robotaxi fleet in September, allowing members of the public to ride in a vehicle designed from the ground up without traditional driver controls.

Tesla will also offer free FSD test drives in six of its vehicles throughout the week. European drivers have logged over 100 million km on FSD (Supervised) so far, according to Tesla.

The appearance at the Paris Motor Show comes as the company is still working toward broader EU authorization, with a decision on EU-wide recognition now expected in December.

Despite its Paris appearance, Tesla has not announced plans to launch Cybercab service in France or elsewhere in Europe. However, Elon Musk recently hinted that could eventually happen, responding to a German owner asking about Cybercab by saying, “Hopefully soon in Europe too.”
