Ivy Charging announces a new home charger, the Ivy Home

The Ivy Charging Network announced that the company is introducing a new product, the Ivy Home.

The made-in-Ontario level two charger charges up to 10 kW or around 48 km/ hour. The charger was also designed to handle the harsh Ontario winters and can easily withstand temperatures as low as -30 Celsius.

In addition, the charger is wi-fi connected, so owners can manage charges both at home and on the go when using Ivy chargers. It is also a universal portable charger compatible with all EV models.

The charger also has a three-year warranty and a flexible monthly payment plan with no interest. However, Ivy has yet to confirm the exact cost of the charger.

Michael Kitchen, General Manager of the Ivy Charging Network, had this to say:

“With nearly 90 per cent of EV charging happening at home, we are simplifying home charging with a one-stop solution. Customers pick their charger, monthly plan, and we’ll take care of the rest.”

The Ivy Team will show off the Ivy Home at the upcoming Canadian International AutoShow in Toronto that runs from today until the twenty second.
