Hot Wheels RC Cybertruck and Cyberquad appearing at Toys R Us stores in Canada ahead of Friday’s launch

Earlier this week Mattel announced the upcoming release of an all-new 1:10 scale RC Cybertruck and Cyberquad. With a price tag of just $100 USD, the toy-grade Cybertruck is expected to be a hot seller.

In a situation that all too closely resembles what took place with the 1:64 scale version, these Cybertrucks are now appearing at Toys R Us stores in Canada ahead of Friday’s official launch.

One of our readers Michelle contacted several lower mainland stores in BC last night, only to be told they shouldn’t be on shelves. We have however received reports of the toys being available in the Richmond and Coquitlam stores.

The good news is Michelle was also told they should be available in store when sales launch online on Friday.

If you want to call your local Toys R Us to see if they have stock, the Cybertruck’s SKU is 366132, and they are priced at $129.99.
