After a weekend appearance in New York City, it appears as though the Cybertruck has returned to Giga Texas.
The Cybertruck was seen in a drone flyover of the factory on Thursday, May 13 2021 by YouTuber Terafactory Texas. It wasn’t easy to spot as the electric truck wasn’t out in the open, or being driven by CEO Elon Musk.
Instead it appeared to be sitting on the second floor of an unfinished section of the factory, and wasn’t spotted until some keen eyed fans were watching it after being uploaded to YouTube. (h/t @MilMileBattery)
Although the footage is from a distance, the shape and reflective stainless steel body of the Cybertruck are instantly recognizable.
UPDATE: This was the real thing. Photos and videos of it have surfaced online, showing it was once again touring around Giga Texas getting very dirty.

This isn’t the only notable piece of news from Giga Texas the last couple of days. On Wednesday the automaker fired up one of the Giga Press machines and completed the first Model Y rear casting.
