Tesla Opening First Showroom in New Brunswick at CF Champlain

Tesla is once again expanding its retail footprint in Canada, this time in New Brunswick. The company will soon be opening its first physical location in the province with a new showroom inside CF Champlain, the largest mall in the province.

Earlier this week we told you about Tesla starting construction on the first new Supercharger in New Brunswick in four years. Now the company is planning on opening its first showroom in the province. Tesla has not officially announced the expansion, but the mall where Tesla will reside accidentally revealed the news.

In a recent update to the CF Champlain website, the company highlighted some of the prominent name brands inside the mall, including some that have yet to open, one of which was Tesla. This was apparently a bit of a mistake as the logo has since been removed from the website.

According to a local with knowledge of the plans, Tesla has leased a 2,274 square foot store inside CF Champlain located between Spring and Envy + Young. A photo shared on a local retail news Facebook group show construction work has already started, although no signage has appeared indicating it will soon open as a Tesla showroom.

While CF accidentally revealed Tesla’s expansion plans, the automaker has also quietly announced its intentions to move into New Brunswick on its Careers website. There are currently two job listings published, one for a Mobile Service Technician, but more importantly a Tesla Advisor in Dieppe, where CF Champlain is located.

The job posting indicates they are seeking multiple Advisors in both full-time and part-time positions.
