Tesla Edmonton now open for deliveries, sales & service coming soon

Just over three months after we first revealed Tesla was expanding into Edmonton, Alberta, the new location is now open for deliveries.

Last week Drive Tesla received information that the first deliveries were being scheduled out of the former Ericksen Infiniti dealership at 17616 111 Ave NW in West Edmonton.

Over the weekend the doors at Tesla Edmonton officially opened with at least one Model Y delivery happening at the new location according to @tesla_yeg on Twitter.

As we reported last week, the sales and service side of Tesla Edmonton has not opened yet. Sales should begin soon but not before additional interior renovations are completed.

Service will likely take several more months, but the automaker is actively looking for employees. There are 8 job postings currently active on the careers section of their website, with 6 of them being for service.
