Tesla Supercharger in Scarborough under construction [Ontario]

Tesla has started construction on a new Supercharger station in Scarborough, Ontario.

The new station is located just off Hwy 401 in the parking lot of the Esso gas station at 6780 Kingston Road. Construction has only just begun with the land dug up for the underground utilities to be laid.

While there is no Tesla equipment on site yet to indicate the work is for a Supercharger station, we know it is because Tesla accidentally revealed this to be the location of the Scarborough Supercharger in the most recent quarterly update.

Based on the amount of land that has been fenced off and dug up, it looks like this will be a 12-stall V3 Supercharger when it is completed.

According to Tesla, it will open in Q1 2023.
