Lloydminster and Vegreville Superchargers now open [Alberta & Saskatchewan]

The final two Superchargers connecting the Yellowhead Hwy (Hwy 16) route between Edmonton and Saskatoon is now complete with the openings of the Lloydminster and Vegreville Superchargers.

With the openings, Tesla drivers are also now able to drive all the way from Jasper to Saskatoon.

Lloydminster Supercharger

The new Supercharger in Lloydminster is located at 7405 44 Street, in the parking lot between TD Bank and the Shangri-La restaurant. The site features 6 V3 Superchargers, as well as 2 FLO DC fast chargers.

They were first reported as being turned on by X-Men on TMC, who shared a photo of the station lit up.

Vegreville Supercharger

The new Supercharger in Vegreville was completed in less than a month after construction first began on October 3. It is located at 6623 Highway 16a West in the parking lot in front of the Canadian Tire and Mark’s Work Wearhouse.

It also features 8 V3 stalls and 2 generic FLO fast chargers.

The openings come at the same time as the North Battleford Supercharger opening in Saskatchewan.
