Tesla updates Giga Berlin render, ramps up hiring spree as opening nears

The Tesla Giga Berlin-Brandenburg factory is slowly but surely nearing the finish line. Even though construction has been at a near record speed, the automaker is still waiting to receive the final approvals that will allow it to begin manufacturing vehicles.

As they put the finishing touches on the factory, Tesla has released an updated render of what Giga Berlin will look like after it is open.

The automaker has also ramped up its hiring efforts in advance of the opening.

On the Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg website, the new render shows the factory in all its glory. This updated visual includes some new artwork that was unveiled this past weekend at Giga Fest, as well as a different entrance than what was seen on the initial render released last year.

The main reason for the new webpage isn’t to show off the beautiful factory, but instead to attract new employees.  According to the site, the company is “hiring across a wide variety of skill and experience levels.”

Tesla is also willing to train new employees and no automotive experience is necessary.

On the Careers website, there are hundreds of jobs available in Manufacturing, HR, Engineering, Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering & Information Technology, Supply Chain, and more.
