Tesla Quebec City set to expand with acquisition of second building

Tesla’s Sales, Delivery, and Service Center in Quebec City is about to be able to handle a lot more customers and cars.

The automaker will soon be expanding into a second building located directly next door to the existing location.

Tesla has already begun renovations on the new building at 2200 Rue Cyrille-Duquet. According to property information records, it is 30,000 square feet in size and has 80 outdoor parking spots.

Exterior signage is already up, and work has begun to convert the interior for Tesla’s use.

Based on photos of the site taken this week by one of our readers @IBatrinac, there will even be Superchargers in the service area of the building.

There will also be at least six Destination Chargers for cars outside the building.

Tesla does not have an opening date yet for the second location, but based on the current condition and the amount of work that needs to be completed, it likely won’t open for another month or two at least.
