First V3 Tesla Supercharger in Quebec now open in Sherbrooke

The first V3 Tesla Supercharger in Quebec was activated by Tesla technicians in Sherbrooke this morning.

A total of eight stalls are now operational at 1900 QC-216 on the north side of the city, along Hwy 610.

Sherbrooke will make it as the first operational V3 in the province of Quebec, as well as the first V3 in the 5 easternmost provinces. Other V3 Superchargers are awaiting activation in Boisbriand, Matane and Charlottetown (PEI).

The new station will better serve people coming from the north (Quebec City) as well as those heading east, while Magog remains an essential charging spot for travellers on Hwy 10.

The first charge was reported on the morning of September 22nd by a “Model 3 en Français” member (Facebook)
