Tesla now allows customers to complete purchase and delivery tasks within mobile app [Update]

Tesla updated its mobile app earlier this week adding a number of new features for owners including being able to customize the car’s quick controls.

Although it wasn’t included in the release notes, Tesla also added a new feature for upcoming owners.

Until now, customers who have placed an order for a new car could only complete the final steps of the purchase process through their Tesla account online.

With the latest update, V4.3.0, these tasks can now be completed within the mobile app.

This includes things like making the final payment, adding insurance details, scheduling the delivery, and more.

UPDATE: Here are the specific tasks you can complete within the app, courtesy of @bandla25.

The changes build on another update last month that allowed customers to track estimated delivery dates from within the app.
