Pebble has announced a new AI assistant for its Flow electric travel trailer, alongside the launch of a dedicated iPhone app designed to give owners more control and monitoring capabilities while on the road.
Called Scout, the AI assistant is built to help owners better understand and operate their Pebble Flow. It can answer questions, walk users through setup, explain features, help troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance based on the trailer itself.
The assistant will also begin taking on a more proactive role. Its first automated feature is an email alert when the Flow’s high-voltage battery drops below 10%. Pebble says this is only the beginning, with more proactive features and in-app push notifications planned for future updates.
Scout is currently available through the owner portal at PebbleLife.com, with integration into the Pebble app coming later.
Pebble is also using Scout as a feedback loop. Tips and experiences shared by owners will be analyzed by AI agents, which can surface patterns and suggestions to Pebble’s internal team. The company says the most useful insights can then be validated and shared back with other owners, helping build a knowledge base that improves over time.
Alongside Scout, Pebble has launched its new iPhone app, giving owners another way to control and monitor the Flow beyond the onboard iPad command center. The app connects directly to the trailer using local Bluetooth, meaning owners do not need an internet connection to access key controls and status information.
Cloud connectivity is also on Pebble’s roadmap, which will eventually allow owners to monitor and control their Flow remotely from nearly anywhere.
“Our team is constantly working to make the Pebble Flow better by integrating new features that further improve the Pebble Flow experience. With every update, the Flow is more capable, more intuitive, and more enjoyable to use,” said Stefan Solyom, CTO of Pebble.
