First Ford Mach-E delivery takes place in Texas

Ford has promised to begin deliveries of their new Mach-E “late in 2020.” It appears the automaker took that quite literally and has begun deliveries with just a few days to go in the year.

According to information posted to the Mach-E Forum, A California Route 1 Mach-E was delivered on December 29 to its lucky new owner Steve in Dallas, Texas.

The California Route 1 Mach-E is a RWD variant that features the longest range in the lineup, getting an estimated 483km (300 miles) on a full charge.

So far no customers in Canada have been notified by Ford of impending deliveries. Customers in other US states have received shipping notifications, so wider deliveries should begin in the US early in the new year, with Canada following shortly thereafter.
