Rivian has launched a new deal offering a home charging bundle when purchasing a R1T truck. The offer is only available for a limited time, and comes just before the holiday season and the launch of the Cybertruck.
According to Rivian, anyone who purchases a R1T from existing inventory will receive a complimentary Rivian Wall Charger valued at US$800. To further enhance the offer, Rivian is partnering with installation experts Qmerit, providing a substantial installation credit of up to US$2,000. Qmerit’s installation typically range from $800 to $2,000, making Rivian’s deal essentially cost-free for new R1T owners.
Rivian’s Wall Charger features a J1772 connector, offering charging speeds up to 11.5kW and has a 24′ charging cord.

If you want to take advantage of the offer, you will have to decide soon as it is only available until December 21, 2023. Unlike custom-built R1T trucks, which may take up to four months for delivery, inventory R1T vehicles are set to reach most buyers within as little as 1–6 weeks.
Unfortunately existing inventory purchases are not yet available in Canada.
