Tesla’s expansion to Thailand includes a new service center and additional Superchargers

Tesla’s expansion into Thailand will now include a new service center in Bangkok and an expansion to its Supercharging network.

The Ramkhamhaeng Road service center will include a showroom, service and delivery center and an educational area for potential clients. Per Pattaya Mail, the company will also introduce a special home charging package for Thai customers.

Also, Tesla will introduce support for the Tesla app in the country, allowing owners to book service appointments via their phone.

Additionally, Tesla will expand its Supercharging network to seven stations by the second quarter of this year. The new locations in Bangkok will be in CentralWorld, Central Rama 2 and Central Rama 3. At the same time, the first Supercharger outside of Bangkok will be in Pattaya.

The press release sent out by Tesla did not include a specific address for the service center. Nor did they confirm a specific opening date other than it will happen in July.

Tesla is also expanding its efforts outside the service center with a roadshow at Iconsiam from June 5 to August 31. The roadshow will show off Tesla vehicles and technology and provide the public an opportunity to chat with Tesla experts about the vehicles and the technology within it.
