So far we’ve seen some spy shots and TeslaCam footage of a black Model Y on the roads of California. Today, we get a glimpse of a new colour on the Model Y, Midnight Silver Metallic.
Posted by mrleetesla on Twitter, he spotted this MSM Model Y in Fremont, near Tesla’s factory, on October 15 2019. Some things worth noting about this Model Y is it appears to have the new aero wheels that can be seen on the new Chinese Model 3. These could be the aero covers for the wheels spotted on the Model Y’s on the carrier truck. It also has no chrome, which means that the recent Model Y’s spotted on a carrier truck may have been wrapped for transportation, tricking us that the chrome may have returned.
