Tesla has begun deploying their latest software update, 2021.40 this morning. The first car detected with the update was a Canadian Model 3, as noted by update tracker TeslaTip.
This version was supposed to include the new Sentry Mode Live Camera Access feature, but that arrived early in 2021.36.8. However that update has only appeared in the U.S. so far, so this could mean it will be arriving in Canada today.
The release notes have not yet been released, but keep checking back and we will update this article as they become available.
UPDATE: According to the release notes, 2021.40 includes the much loved cold weather improvements, active noise reduction to the Model S/X, the long-awaited addition of TIDAL music streaming, and more.
Unfortunately no sign of Sentry Mode Live Camera Access for Canada.
