Toronto condo building including Porsche Taycan with every penthouse suite purchase

A brand new luxury condo building in Toronto, Ontario is offering an unusual perk for anyone who buys a penthouse suite – a Porsche Taycan electric sports car.

The 52-storey building, known as Central, is being built by Concord on the corner of Widmer and Adelaide in downtown Toronto. The property developer says it is the first residential building in Ontario to offer Level 2 charging outlets in each of the 130 parking stalls in the underground parkade.

To take advantage of that infrastructure, Concord has partnered with Porsche to include a brand new 2021 Porsche Taycan with every penthouse suite purchase.

A total of six two-storey penthouses are being built, ranging in size from 1,031 square feet to 1,490 square feet for two or three bedroom configurations.

Depending on the layout of each suite, prices ranges from between $1.8 million and $2.7 million.

Two have already sold since Concord began offering the free Porsche Taycans earlier this summer.
