Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo spied cold-weather testing in Sweden

Last month Porsche officially announced a late 2020 delivery schedule for their second all-electric vehicle, the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo.

Now the upcoming EV has been spotted in Sweden performing some cold-weather testing, without almost any camouflage giving us a good look at what the final production version may look like.

This testing car appears to have kept many of the design cues from both the Taycan, and early Mission-E concept images from Porsche.

From the front, the EV could easily be mistaken for the Porsche Taycan, which was released late last year. The wheels on this test unit are also the same that are available on the Taycan.

The only part that appears to remain a mystery is the rear side window by the C-pillars, which are still concealed by what appears to be a plastic cover. The tail lights also have some red tape around them in an attempt to conceal the final shape.

The Cross Turismo is expected to come in the same three options as the Taycan – 4S, Turbo, and Turbo S. Canadian pricing has not yet been revealed.
