Genesis teases EV concept to be unveiled on March 31

Genesis plans to unveil their new futuristic electric vehicle (EV) later this week as part of their shift to electrify their entire lineup.

In a short video posted to YouTube, the ‘Genesis Concept Teaser’ shows off what appears to be a sporty looking two-door coupe with a focus on performance.

We get glimpses of the futuristic split taillights and headlights that extend past the wheel well on to the front quarter panel.

The video also shows off the gear and drive mode selector in the center console that can flip over and be hidden from view when the car is parked. Genesis EV teaser

Genesis has not revealed any details on the concept EV, other than to say they’ll unveil it on March 31 at 9:00am KST.

Genesis isn’t the only automaker planning to show off a concept EV this week. Lexus is planning to unveil their new EV with a yoke steering wheel tomorrow.
