Tesla Energy partners with Panther National, a luxury housing development in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

A new luxury housing development in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida has announced they have partnered with Tesla to provide owners with the full Tesla Energy ecosystem.

Known as the Panther National development, as many as 218 luxury homes will be built around a brand new Jack Nicklaus Signature Designed championship golf course.

According to the project’s website, the development will combine “high-end architecture and amenities with a commitment to clean energy.”

That clean energy will come in the form of Tesla Solar Panels and Powerwall+ units, as well as Tesla Wall Connectors in each of the houses.

“Tesla Solar Panels, Powerwall+ with an integrated inverter and Tesla Wall Connectors will work together as a cohesive system to enable residences to achieve energy independence. The flat roof design at Panther National coupled with the Florida sun provides the ideal landscape for Tesla’s proprietary solar panels. In addition, the Powerwall+ systems will replace outdated and noisy generators used in storm prone areas.”

Construction is expected to begin later this year, according to a report by Electrek.

This isn’t the first residential development that will see Tesla Energy integrated into the houses. Last month it was announced Tesla, Brookfield and Dacra will be building SunHouse, a sustainable development with Solar and Powerwalls in Austin, Texas.
