A little cold and snow isn’t stopping the start of construction of a new Tesla Supercharger in Orangeville, Ontario.
Located in the parking lot of the Riocan Fairgrounds Super Centre at 95 First Street, the new Supercharger station first announced by the Tesla Owners Club of Ontario has been fenced off and cleared as crews prepare to begin construction.

Since work has yet to begin, the number of stalls is unknown at this time, but given the amount of space that has been fenced off, it is likely to be at least an 8-stall V3Supercharger.
With its location in the middle of a large shopping centre, there are plenty of amenities around including more than 10 restaurants.
Orangeville joins two other locations in Ontario with Superchargers currently under construction. Both Collingwood and Bancroft, Ontario began construction in September. Across the country, a new Supercharger was just discovered yesterday under construction in Canmore, Alberta.
