Tesla planning new Sales & Service Center in Jacksonville, Florida

A developer with connections to Tesla has submitted plans for a new electric vehicle sales showroom in Jacksonville, Florida.

According to plans submitted to the city on January 14, 2022, NLA/GCH Jacksonville LLC wants to a plot of land at 11585 Atlantic Blvd.

Although Tesla is not mentioned in the plans, the LLC is associated with Game Creek Holdings. The Denver-based real estate development firm has a long history of building Tesla Sales & Service Centers across the US.

The plans indicate the site will feature a 45,477 square foot building on 6.32 acres, giving plenty of space for parking.

The building will feature a retail showroom and lounge, 15 service bays, and 10 Destination chargers, according to a report by Jax Daily Record.

If the connection between Game Creek Holdings and Tesla wasn’t enough, the submitted plans include mention of a “Super-Charger location.”

If the plans are approved, the new location will add to the existing showroom at St. Johns Town Center and Service Center at 7818 Philips Highway.
