After countless price increases, Tesla has once again raised prices for each Model 3 and Y trim by $1,000 USD.
The Model 3 now starts at $44,990 USD and the Model Y starts at $57,990.
Along with the price changes, Pearl White Multi-coat is no longer the only free paint color option. Buyers can now also choose Midnight Silver Metallic at no extra cost to their vehicle.
The cost of black has also increased from $1,000 to $1,500 USD.
The change comes after Elon Musk said last month he would consider a change to the stock color after a request from Frunk Puppy creator Earl.

Currently, these changes only effect Model 3 and Y in the United States, there have been no changes to the paint options or prices in Canada.
Model S and X still have Midnight Silver Metallic priced at $1,500 USD with no additional cost increases.
