South Surrey Tesla Supercharger now open [British Columbia]

After a lengthy period of construction and a few hiccups along the way, the new Tesla Supercharger in south Surrey is now open.

The 12-stall V3 Supercharger began construction in October, around the same time another Supercharger in northern Surrey also started being built.

Unfortunately after all the equipment was installed, four of the charging cords cut last week while they were waiting to be activated.

Apparently Tesla had a few extra on hand and were able to make the necessary repairs, and get the station turned on last night.

The south Surrey Supercharger is located in the parking lot next to Save-On-Foods at 3033 152 Street.

The two other Superchargers in Surrey are located at Guildford Town Centre and Guildford Village.
