Polestar has begun delivering the Polestar 4 to Canadian customers, with U.S. deliveries also now underway, bringing the brand’s latest SUV coupe to North America.

In Canada, Polestar 4 deliveries have taken place in Vancouver, Toronto, Brossard, and Québec City. Additional Polestar Spaces, including Montréal and Ottawa, are expected to begin deliveries in the coming days. Polestar says these early delivery locations collectively represent close to 60% of Canada’s EV market, showing why the automaker picked them to kick-off deliveries.

“From our retail partners to our employees and our loyal customers, I’m extremely proud and excited for the delivery of Polestar 4 to Canadian customers,” said Hugues Bissonnette, Head of Polestar Canada. “Polestar 4 plays a pivotal role in our brand’s lineup alongside Polestar 3 SUV, this now gives Polestar two unique SUV offerings now available to Canadian customers for immediate delivery.”

Meanwhile in the U.S. deliveries are also underway south of the border, with the first Polestar 4 handed over at Polestar Miami in Florida. Miami is Polestar’s newest U.S. retail Space and is located in the country’s second-largest EV market after California.

Polestar says deliveries of the Polestar 4 will ramp up gradually across North America as inventory reaches additional retail locations. Test drives for the Polestar 4 are currently available at Polestar Spaces across Canada and the U.S.

The launch comes as Polestar continues working to broaden its presence in North America, as the company currently offers four models globally – Polestar 2, Polestar 3, Polestar 4, and the upcoming Polestar 5. Additional vehicles are planned, including the Polestar 6 roadster and the Polestar 7 compact SUV, which is expected to be produced in Europe.
