SpaceX has secured another blockbuster AI deal, just after revealing a massive infrastructure agreement with Anthropic.
According to a new regulatory filing, Google has agreed to pay SpaceX US$920 million per month for AI compute capacity hosted in the company’s growing network of data centers.
The agreement runs for 32 months, from October 2026 through June 2029, and will provide Google with access to approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs and related computing infrastructure.
SpaceX’s AI Revenue Continues to Climb
The Google agreement comes on the heels of SpaceX’s recently expanded partnership with Anthropic, which is expected to generate roughly US$15 billion annually through access to the Colossus data center network.
Combined, the two deals are set to bring in approximately US$2.17 billion every month.
That translates to more than US$26 billion in annualized revenue from just two AI compute customers, a figure that rivals the yearly revenue of many Fortune 500 companies.
For a business segment that only recently emerged from SpaceX’s merger with xAI, the numbers are staggering and highlight how valuable large-scale AI infrastructure has become.
SpaceX’s AI Infrastructure Strategy Taking Shape
The Google deal provides further evidence that SpaceX is positioning itself as more than just a launch provider and satellite operator.
In comments earlier this week, Elon Musk said SpaceX is now offering AI compute “as a service” at significant scale and revealed the company is already in discussions with additional customers.
If more agreements of this size materialize, SpaceX could quickly become one of the world’s largest independent providers of AI compute infrastructure.
The strategy also helps offset the enormous costs associated with building and operating the company’s data centers. According to its IPO filing, SpaceX spent US$10.1 billion in capital expenditures during the first quarter alone, with US$7.7 billion directed toward AI-related infrastructure investments.
Those investments are now beginning to generate substantial returns.
With Anthropic paying roughly US$1.25 billion per month and Google adding another US$920 million per month, SpaceX’s AI infrastructure business is rapidly becoming one of the most important growth drivers ahead of the company’s highly anticipated IPO.
