Forza Horizon 5 adds Rivian R1T and R1S

Fans of the popular Forza Horizon 5 video game are now able to test their driving skills behind the wheel of two new electric vehicles (EVs), the Rivian R1T and R1S.

If you’re unfamiliar, Forza Horizon 5 offers a players virtual playground in Mexico where they can drive over 700 vehicles. The game already has some EVs, like the Audi RS e-tron GT, Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum, GMC HUMMER EV to name a few, but now there are two more.

In an update released this week, the 2022 Rivian R1T and 2022 Rivian R1S are now available to drive. However they are not automatically added to your garage. To get behind the wheel of the R1T, you will have to wait until the second week of Horizon Creatives and complete the “Mudslinger’s Scramble” EventLab challenge on the Festival Playlist. The R1S can be unlocked by completing the “Stadium Supercross” EventLab.

If you’re a Forza Horizon player, here’s a video on how to unlock these two new EVs.
