Tesla started rolling out its latest Full Self-Driving (FSD) Beta, version 10.69.3 to internal testers on Monday night, several weeks later than originally planned.
While the release was delayed, Tesla made up for it by updating FSD Beta to the .36 branch of software updates.
Until now FSD Beta has been stuck on the .20 branch, several iterations behind the fleet of non-testers which is now up to .40. That means when FSD Beta 10.69.3 testers will finally get to enjoy features that have been available to everyone else for several months.

- Traffic Along Route
- Blind Spot Camera Placement
- Supercharger Additional Details
- View tire pressure PSI in mobile app
- Cloud Profiles
- Remote Door Unlatch
- Cabin Overheat Protection

FSD Beta 10.69.3 Release Notes
When it comes to FSD Beta itself, it is also getting a significant update, even though Tesla is sticking with the .69 feature numbering.
The release notes, which were shared with Whole Mars Catalog (@WholeMarsBlog), are extremely detailed as always but give insights into some of the improvements in this update.
One theme of the update appears to be that it can now react to situations quicker than before with improved photon control and “reduced runtime of candidate trajectory generation by approximately 80%.”
While this is a good sign that the latest version has finally been released to internal testers, it could still be a while until it gets a full public release, even if testing goes smoothly and no major bugs are found.
Given that we are now in November, and Elon Musk said during the Q3 2022 earnings call that a wide release to all owners who have purchased FSD Capability will happen in mid to late November, we are likely still a few weeks away from a public release.
