easyJet has announced plans to introduce Starlink Wi-Fi across its A320 and A321 fleet, joining Aer Lingus and other airlines adopting the satellite internet service to offer passengers high-speed connectivity during flights.
According to an announcement from easyJet on Monday, the service, which the companies call the fastest Wi-Fi in the sky, will be rolled out from the first half of 2027, with the airline expecting to complete the rollout by early 2028.
The agreement marks the first time easyJet will offer onboard any kind of Wi-Fi, allowing passengers to stream videos, play online games, browse the internet and stay connected throughout their flights.
Starlink will be installed across easyJet’s Airbus A320, A320neo and A321neo aircraft. The airline currently operates more than 350 aircraft across over 1,200 routes serving more than 160 airports in 35 countries.

The move comes as Starlink continues expanding its presence in commercial aviation. KLM has also selected Starlink for its aircraft, while five Korean airlines have announced plans to adopt the satellite internet service.
The airline said the connectivity could also eventually support ordering food and drinks directly from passengers’ seats, although it has not announced when that feature might become available.
easyJet CEO Kenton Jarvis said the partnership is intended to give both business and leisure travellers more options while flying, noting that staying connected matters more than ever to many customers.
“Giving customers the opportunity to get online in the air will mean even greater choice and convenience when you fly with easyJet,” Jarvis said.
The agreement will bring Starlink to an airline that carried 100 million passengers in 2025. However, easyJet has not disclosed pricing for the service or confirmed whether passengers will receive complimentary Wi-Fi.
