Jowua is expanding beyond physical Tesla accessories with one of its newest projects, the Jowua App. Designed as the central hub for Jowua’s growing smart hardware ecosystem, the app already works with the company’s Mobile Connector, Model Y Car Refrigerator, Multi-Device Wireless Controller, and Jowua Dash, which turns your phone into a dedicated Tesla driver display.
The app brings controls and information from those products into one place, from monitoring charging and adjusting refrigerator temperatures to customizing a gaming controller and displaying real-time Tesla vehicle data.
Jowua tells us the app is a major new project for the company, with plans to invest heavily in its development and continue adding features and support over time.

Jowua Dash
Jowua Dash turns your smartphone into a dedicated driver display for your Tesla, putting useful vehicle information directly behind the steering wheel when paired with Jowua’s Air Vent Mount (use code DRIVETESLA for 5% off your purchase).
Setup is simple and only requires entering your vehicle’s VIN into the app and authenticating the connection by placing your Tesla key card on the centre console card reader.
Once connected, the dashboard can display information including tire pressures, battery level, estimated range, vehicle temperatures, music information, and your real-time map location.
Unlike adding another permanent screen to your Tesla’s interior, the setup uses something you already carry with you every day – your phone. Mount it behind the steering wheel, open Jowua Dash, and you have a clean secondary display that can be removed just as easily when you leave the car.
Control Your Model Y Refrigerator
The Jowua App also works with the company’s Car Refrigerator for the Tesla Model Y. This allows owners to monitor internal temperatures, adjust cooling settings, and manage power directly from their phone, without having to open the trunk to access the fridge.
Users can also switch between Car, Home/Camping, and Eco modes, making it easier to control the refrigerator no matter where it is.
Customize Your Wireless Controller
For gaming, the app offers additional customization for Jowua’s Multi-Device Wireless Controller. Users can adjust vibration intensity, customize button mappings, switch between devices, and configure Turbo speeds, making it easier to tailor the controller for gaming inside the Tesla or on other compatible devices.
Pair It With Jowua’s Air Vent Mount
Jowua Dash makes the most sense when paired with the company’s Air Vent Mount, which positions your phone behind the steering wheel and within your natural field of view.
This creates a setup that feels much closer to a conventional driver display while keeping Tesla’s minimalist interior intact. There’s also no additional dashboard screen sitting in the car when you don’t need it—simply remove your phone when you get out.
Monitor and Control Your Mobile Connector
The Jowua App also adds smart controls to the company’s Mobile Connector. Owners can remotely monitor charging, set charging schedules, adjust the charging current, and view real-time voltage and charging power from their phone.
The app also keeps a history of charging sessions and energy use, while temperature protection can send push notifications if an over-temperature condition is detected. Firmware updates for newer versions of the Mobile Connector can also be installed directly through the app.
A Growing Jowua Ecosystem
Jowua tells us the app is one of its new projects that it plans to invest heavily in, with continued updates and new functionality planned as its smart hardware ecosystem grows.
There are already some additional benefits built into the app. Owners can register Jowua products by scanning their serial numbers, with eligible registrations extending warranty coverage up to four years. Jowua also plans app-exclusive discounts, bundles, and occasional coupon offers.
