The Boring Co. Announces Recruitment Event in Texas

The Boring Company has announced a recruitment event in Bastrop, Texas. The company is looking for electrical technicians to help it grow. Last year, The Boring Co. raised $675 million to hire employees, scale up machine production, and build tunnels.

The Boring Co. was founded to solve traffic problems by creating an underground network of tunnels. The company is creating technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions. The Boring Co. has already achieved significant success, showing the results of their work in Las Vegas.

In order to ensure further development and growth, the Boring Co. needs a constant influx of highly qualified specialists. On Sunday, the company announced via X that it would host an on-site event for Electrical Technicians. During it, potential employees will have the opportunity to learn more about The Boring Co. The company will also showcase its patented Prufrock-3 tunnel boring machine.

In order to get to the event, you need to fill out a form. However, keep in mind that not all those who submit it will receive this unique opportunity. As soon as the company receives your information, a member of The Boring Co. Human Resources will email you a formal invitation. The form must be completed by August 28, 2023. Invitations will be sent out in order of priority: first come, first serve.

The Boring Co. also wrote a bit about their culture and the benefits of working:
