Polaris announces Wallbox as EV charging partner in Canada and US

Polaris announced that their EV charging partner in the Canada and the United States will be Wallbox.

Most expected a partnership with an EV charging partner as Polaris just released their new Polaris Ranger XP Kinetic. The EV off-road vehicle provides up to 80 miles of range and 110 horsepower from its 29.8 kWh lithium-ion battery.

The Ranger XP Kinetic will ship this summer and is available for pre-order from Polaris.

Polaris will sell the 40-amp version of the Wallbox Pulsar Plus home charger worldwide as part of the deal.

The Pulsar Plus is the smallest home charger on the market, and its NEMA plug makes it ideal for all EVs.

The charger also comes with voice-controlled technology and built-in energy management solutions. This includes both an eco-smart mode and power boost, ensuring that customers have more flexibility on when and how much power their EV charger uses.

The level 2 charger can add up to 30-35 miles of range per hour.

The Pulsar Plus can be ordered through Polaris dealerships or the Polaris website starting in late spring.
