Tesla has finally updated its configuration and specifications pages for the Cybertruck, but not in the way we were hoping.
Revealed in November 2019, the Cybertruck was set to deliver in three different configurations, Rear-Wheel Drive ($39,990), Dual Motor ($49,990), and Tri-Motor ($69,990).
Now, those trim levels have been removed and the only option left is to just reserve a spot in a queue that is estimated to have above one million orders. (h/t: @HunterCNoel)
The last time Tesla used this reservation format was with the Model 3, Roadster, and Semi.
The Model Y, on the other hand, allowed for the customer to reserve a specific trim, like the Cybertruck offered until today.
If you already have a Cybertruck reserved with a specific trim level, your Tesla account page still shows the selected variant.
