The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning pricing has finally leaked. According to a post on F150Gen14 forum, the retail pricing of the F-150 Lightning was leaked straight from a Ford dealership.
The pricing includes all four trims and is seems to be in line with the Lightning survey that we saw back in June.
The only significant change is that the PLATINUM model is $1,000 more expensive than the June information.
Here is the pricing:
- Ford F 150 Lightning PRO- $39,974 MSRP
- Ford F 150 Lightning XLT- $52,974 MSRP
- Ford F 150 Lightning LARIAT- $67,474 MSRP
- Ford F 150 Lightning PLATINUM- $90,874 MSRP
These prices are the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). As we have seen, what customers will actually pay could be as much as $30,000 more due to “market adjustments” applied by some dealers.
As per the leak, all four trims of the F150 Lightning will begin production in Spring 2022.
This pricing so far is for US customers only. Canadian pricing has not yet been revealed. We have not seen any key packages or add-ons for the vehicle.
These add-ons could include an extended battery, moon roof, power running boards, bed liners etc.
UPDATE 3:02pm PST: The official Ford document has now been provided. The 44-page documents reveals pricing will go live on Ford’s site on January 4, 2022, fleet ordering begins on January 5, and customers will be able to place their orders this Thursday, January 6.
As we first told you about last month, customer ordering will be staggered, with invites being sent in “waves” in 2-week increments.
It also contains options and technical specifications for the F-150 Lightning, and confirms again that the extended range battery will only be available on the more expensive trims.
