The first batch of refreshed Tesla Model 3’s are expected to land in Toronto soon, and as a result the first deliveries are now being scheduled.
According to u/MADD1979 on Reddit, who lives in Toronto and has a Model 3 on order, his Tesla advisor sent him information showing a batch of the new Model 3’s are scheduled to arrive in Toronto on November 19, 2020.

Typically after cars arrive in Canada from Fremont, it takes several days for employees to prepare them for delivery. It appears as though the excitement of the new Model 3’s will help speed things up. On the TMC forms, user kpan21 says he has received a delivery date for a refreshed Standard Range Plus (SR+) Model 3 on November 21, 2020.
We have yet to hear of any deliveries being scheduled for other cities in Canada. Based on information Drive Tesla received soon after the new Model 3 was announced, the first shipments in Vancouver are expected to arrive in late November.
