Lebourgneuf Supercharger now open [Quebec]

Quebec City’s first Tesla Supercharger is now open in Lebourgneuf.

Construction of the new Supercharger began in August in the parking lot of the IGA Extra supermarket at 5555 Blvd des Gradins.

Just in time for Christmas, the 8 V3 stalls were turned on last night, with the first charge going to North America’s first Tesla taxi operator, Christian Roy (@TeslaTaxi).

The Lebourgneuf Supercharger will be a welcome addition to owners in and around Quebec City. The only other Supercharger in the area is across the St. Lawrence River in Levis.

Lebourgneuf won’t be Quebec City’s only Supercharger for long. Two others stations are currently under construction in Les Saules and Cap-Rouge. Both are scheduled to open before the end of the year.
