Tesla Opens Enrollment for Manufacturing Development Program

Tesla has opened enrollment for its Manufacturing Development Program, which helps graduates gain the necessary knowledge and experience for employment in manufacturing. The program provides future jobs for its students in the company’s factories.

Tesla announced the start of enrollment of students into its program through X. The Manufacturing Development Program is designed to provide advancing high school seniors with the financial resources, coursework, and experience they need to start a successful manufacturing career at Tesla. According to the company description, it is a rigorous training initiative designed to develop the next generation of manufacturing leaders. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and in-depth technical training, participants gain the experience and skills needed to drive innovation and excellence in Tesla’s advanced manufacturing operations.

After submitting their application, candidates will participate in a series of information sessions and interviews. Those selected will receive a proposal and be invited to a day of celebration for contract signing.

Tesla offers interns a wide range of training, mentoring, project work, networking opportunities, and professional development resources. All this will contribute to their growth and provide valuable practical experience. The company values employees who are passionate about their work, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and are committed to advancing Tesla’s mission, so career advancement here will be easy for such people.

Applicants must complete program requirements, including specific courses at a local community college. After this, they will receive a Tesla Advanced Manufacturing Certification. This will allow them to find work as an employee at any of Tesla’s gigafactories. Positions are full-time, paid, and include benefits and stock ownership.
