Tesla opening new Sales, Service, and Delivery Center in Brampton, Ontario

Tesla owners in Brampton, Ontario, will be happy to hear that a brand new Sales, Service, and Delivery Center and Showroom is coming soon to their city.

The new facility is located at 60 Coachworks Crescent, giving the automaker great exposure to passing motorists on Highway 410. Tesla taking over the space from Infiniti of Brampton, which permanently closed its doors for sales on April 30, 2023 and for service operations on May 15, 2023, according to a post by the company on Google. Despite only shutting down two weeks ago, Tesla has moved quickly to take over the space.

According to photos of the new location taken today by Drive Tesla reader Gary M., the building has already been adorned with the company’s logo, although it might create some anxiety among owners over the poor spacing of the letters. We hope that will be corrected soon.

We were unable to find any lease listings for the property, likely because of how recently Infiniti shut down, but based on a rough measurement via Google Maps the building is about 14,000 square feet in size. The front of the building features a showroom, where Tesla will have on display 3 to 4 vehicles like they do at their other locations. There is also a large service area at the rear accessible by two large and two smaller overhead doors.

Much like the Service Center that opened in Nepean in 2021, this site also features two drive-thru lanes on the side of the building that will presumably be used for owners to stop by to have small service items addressed without the need for an appointment.

From what we have heard Tesla is hoping to open this new Brampton location in mid-June. At first it will only be setup as delivery only location, before expanding to include sales and service at a later date.

Tesla is working hard to add more service capacity for the growing number of owners in Ontario. The automaker is also opening new Sales, Service, and Delivery Centers in Etobicoke and Hamilton, the latter of which may be the largest in Canada when it is completed (Halifax may beat it depending on the final numbers).

This also isn’t the first time Tesla has taken over an Infiniti dealership in Ontario, with the same thing happening in Innisfil in 2021. Tesla also occupies a former Inifiniti dealership in Edmonton.
