Mark your calendars. Tesla announced this morning it will release its financial results for the Q4 2020 and the full calendar year after markets close on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Tesla has already revealed its preliminary Q4 production and delivery numbers earlier this month. setting records for both. During the three month period, Tesla manufactured a record 179,757 vehicles and delivered 180,570 vehicles worldwide.
Breaking down those numbers further, the vast majority of those deliveries were the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y (161,650), while the Model S and Model X accounted for 18,290.
The impressive results helped Tesla come within inches of reaching its annual guidance handing over 499,950 vehicles to new customers in the year. Those numbers are expected to be revised on January 27 to above 500,000.
