Stellantis reveals 2023 Jeep EV and Ram 1500 EV during roadmap event

During a Stellantis Roadmap Event, the company unveiled front and rear images of an unnamed Jeep EV and dropped another teaser for the RAM 1500 EV.

The news came during the live presentation that outlined Stellantis’s plans for 2030. These plans include two new Jeep EVs, a Jeep off-road utility vehicle and a lifestyle family SUV.

Stellantis did not provide any other details on the 2023 unnamed Jeep EV. However, it does feature a chunky and crossover styling with the classic Jeep grille bars. A small letter “E” on the grille and a matte black hood is also unique to the unnamed Jeep EV.

On the Ram 1500 EV front, the details were sparse. Stellantis released two new teaser images. They showed a distinctive LED lighting treatment and a pair of headlights with the Ram badge.

However, Stellantis did not provide any more details or technical details about the full-size truck. The only note is that the Ram 1500 will use the Stellantis Frame platform and go on sale in 2024.

The only other interesting tidbit from the live event was Stellantis did hint that the Ram 1500 is not the only Ram vehicle going electric. The presentation included a roadmap noting the 2024 and 2025 launches from the brand in the US, which included Ram, Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler.
