The Tesla S3XYR lineup [Photos]

It’s not every day that you are able to get all of Tesla’s current vehicles on the road today together in one place.

Drive Tesla was able to do just that yesterday, bringing together a 10-year old original Tesla Roadster all the way to a 1-week old Tesla Model Y.

These photos are the perfect depiction of Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s master plan that was written nearly 15 years ago.

The first step of that plan was to create a low volume sports car, which would necessarily be expensive. That is the original Roadster, first produced in 2008.

The money from the sale of that vehicle would then be put towards developing a higher volume car at a lower price than the Roadster. Enter the Model S, which was first sold in 2012.

That cycle continued until we got the Model 3 in 2018 and the new Model Y earlier this year.

Pictured here are a 2017 Model S (Kirsten), 2019 Model 3, 2018 Model X (Heather), 2020 Model Y (Orest), and a 2010 Tesla Roadster (Richard, more on this car coming soon!). Special thanks to the owners for helping to make this happen.

Enjoy!
