Tesla is building out a “hardcore” litigation department

After a few months of lawsuits and a sudden allegation of sexual misconduct, Elon Musk announced that Tesla is building out a litigation department.

As per the Tweet, the department will report directly to Elon Musk himself.

Musk also noted a few things

– The team will never seek victory in a just case against Tesla, even if the team will probably win

– The team will never surrender or settle an unjust case against Tesla, even if the team will probably lose.

If you are interested in working with Tesla’s litigation department, they are looking for 3 to 5 bullet points describing evidence of exceptional ability.

They also would like to see links to cases that you have tried.

It is unclear how the new team will work with the current Tesla legal department.

However, evidently the legal team is looking to expand and bring in some experts in litigation.

Currently, Tesla has multiple lawsuits against the company for damages for a variety of issues and complaints.

Just this morning we told you about a lawsuit that was given the green light to proceed over claims Autopilot was to blame for a crash in 2017.

Then there is the recent claim made last night that Musk sexually harassed a former flight attendant on the SpaceX corporate jet.

At least say, the new litigation department will most likely be hitting the ground running.
