Tesla has launched a new incentive program across several European countries, offering substantial discounts on the purchase of the Model 3. Referred to as the “Tesla Bonus,” the promotion provides buyers with up to €4,000 (C$6,200) in savings, which can be combined with existing government subsidies for even greater value.
Discounts by Country

- Italy: €4,000 (C$6,200) off new Model 3 purchases
- Luxembourg: €4,000 (C$6,200) off new and inventory Model 3 units
- Spain: €3,290 (C$5,100) off new Model 3 vehicles
- Portugal: €3,800 (C$5,900) off inventory Model 3 models
In Luxembourg, where the offer appears particularly competitive, buyers can now order the Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) variant of the Model 3 starting at just €35,996 (C$56,100) after the Tesla Bonus. When paired with the Luxembourg government’s €6,000 (C$9,300) electric vehicle subsidy, the final price drops to just €29,996 (C$46,800) —making it one of the most affordable entry points for a premium sedan in the region.
Eligibility and Availability
The Tesla Bonus applies to both factory orders and available inventory, depending on the country. In Portugal, for example, the discount currently appears limited to inventory vehicles.
Boosting Affordability and Adoption
Tesla’s latest discounts come amid intensifying competition in Europe’s electric vehicle market. By stacking the Tesla Bonus with local subsidies, the company is making its vehicles more accessible to a wider group of consumers, especially in countries with strong EV support policies.
