Tesla Supercharger in Boisbriand now open [Quebec]

Nearly a full year after construction first began, the Boisbriand Supercharger in Quebec is finally open.

Located at 2605 Rue d’Annemasse, the site features 8 V3 Supercharger stalls in the parking lot of the IGA supermarket. It was powered up late last week, and now appears on the in-car navigation.

The new Supercharger station was first spotted in January 2020 with much of the ground work already completed. Since there was already snow on the ground at that time, construction likely first began even earlier than that.

There are currently a number of other Superchargers under construction in Quebec, including in Cap-Rouge, Les Saules, Matane, St-Louis-de Blandford, and Lebourgneuf.
