Tesla Cybertruck deliveries in Canada begin next week

After a long wait, Tesla is finally set to begin deliveries of the Foundation Series Cybertruck in Canada next week.

Tesla first started deliveries of the Cybertruck in the US nearly a year ago, with no clear timeline for when the stainless steel beast would officially makes its way north of the border. We first got an estimate for its arrival when Tesla opened up orders for the Foundation Series Cybertruck in early August, pricing them at $137,990 for the Dual Motor and $165,990 for the tri-motor Cyberbeast.

At that time Tesla was estimating the first deliveries would start in October or November, and with VINs starting to be assigned last week, it looked like the company was going to meet that timeline.

Now we know they will, and that the first deliveries will take place in Ontario. On Tuesday customers started reported receiving delivery appointments for November 5, 2024. Based on all the reports we have seen so far, those first deliveries will be in Ontario, specifically the Kitchener location.

However, the official start of deliveries will be one day earlier. Drive Tesla has been told there will be a special delivery event somewhere in Ontario on November 4. The exact location and time of those deliveries hasn’t been revealed, but from what we have been told it will be an exclusive event, and be similar to what happened in Mexico when Tesla kicked off deliveries in that country last month.

As for Cybertruck deliveries in other provinces outside of Ontario, they should be starting soon after, as we have already received reports of Cybertrucks arriving in Alberta and Quebec.
