Mark your calendars for July 26, 2021. That is the date Tesla will publish their Q2 2021 earnings report.
In a press release, Tesla said the second quarter financial results will be announced after the closing bell on that Monday. The date is a change from previous years that have seen Tesla announce their quarterly results later in the week.
Earlier this month the automaker revealed their production and delivery numbers for the second quarter, and once again hit it out of the park. A total of 201,250 were sold around the world, beating the previous record set in the prior three month period by nearly 10%.
It will not be a surprise to see Tesla’s earnings follow suit.
Following the release of the financial update, there will be the usual live webcast where CEO Elon Musk and others discuss the results. There are also sometimes some surprise announcements thrown in.
