If you have been waiting for the Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV in the US, the automaker has revealed the pricing. The made-in-the-US EV will be available starting this year. Production has begun, and it will come in three trims; Premium, Exclusive, and Pinnacle.
The base, the EQS 450+ version, starts at $104,400 for the Premium trim, offering rear-wheel drive. The Exclusive trim goes for $108,650, while the Pinnacle will set you back $110,650.
If you prefer the all-wheel-drive 450 4MATIC version, the Premium trim costs $107,000. The Exclusive trim costs $111,650 while the Pinnacle costs $113,650.
The top version, the 580 4MATIC, goes for $125,950 for the Premium trim. The exclusive costs $130,200, while the Pinnacle goes for $132,000.
Intending buyers should note that the SUV will no longer qualify for the $7,500 federal tax credit from January 2023. This is due to the cost being over the limit for the updated incentive.
The 450+ and 450 4MATIC come with a 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen console. However, the 580 4MATIC offers the massive 56-inch MBUX Hyperscreen. The driving range for the 450+ is 305 miles, while the other two versions yield 285 miles on a single charge.
Mercedes Benz announced the EQB SUV would start from $75,700 in Canada.
