According to Hyundai, part of the reason for this great result is the drag coefficient of 0.22 for their European and North American models. The South Korean version is even sleeker, with a drag coefficient of 0.21.
This is excellent news for Hyundai, which is looking for the Ioniq 6 to deliver in the North American and European markets. In addition to the EPA ratings, Hyundai confirmed that the Ioniq 6 would be available in the spring in the United States. Hyundai did not confirm when the Ioniq 6 would arrive in Canada in the announcement.
